Property rules-

• Primary guest must be atleast 18+ years of age.
• Passport, Aadhar card, Driving license and Government ID are accepted as ID proof(s).
• Unmarried couples are not allowed.
• Pets are allowed only in Aakara. Taking care of the pet is entirely the guest’s responsibility (including food, cleanup and any damages made by the pet must be borne by the guest).
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed within the premises. 
• Guests can prepare their own meals in the shared common kitchens, property staff will not be helping with groceries or dishwashing. Outside food is allowed, food delivery available, meals are not provided. 
• Accessibility- Only Flamingos is wheelchair accessible.
