Cancellation policy-

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while allowing us to manage bookings effectively. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms below.

Standard Bookings:

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in Date will receive a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before check-in, or in the case of no-shows, will be non-refundable.

Long-Term Stays (14+ nights):

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: 

• Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund Of the first 7 nights.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will be charged the first 7 nights in full.

Early Departures:

Guests who choose to depart earlier than their booked stay may be charged up to 100% of the remaining nights, depending on notice given and occupancy levels.

Modifications:

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.Please notify us as early as possible to avoid penalties.
